We Moved! Arthritis Tips for Packing and Moving

From apartment to apartment, Max and I have moved a good bit. We were anxious to put our roots down in the Tampa Bay area and recently bought a house! Is There a Relationship Between the Weather and your Arthritis?

Do you find that the weather affects your arthritis, same here! Not everybody has the same effects but it has been studied that changes in barometric pressure can cause arthritis symptoms to be more active.
